Writing a research paper on illegal immigration – Asking for Help

Writing Research Paper on Illegal Immigration (Photo by Dundee Photography)I am writing a paper on illegal immigration in the US, and I was hoping to ask a couple of questions of people reading this post.

There seems to be a lot of crazy people with some very strong opinions writing  about immigration laws and policy. The mass amount of conversations on the web, ranging from, “I hate those Illegals,” to “Let my people go free,” makes it hard to just find out the, “Why” of illegal immigration.

1. Why do people immigrate to the US illegally? Is it that bad in Mexico?

2. How do they get here illegally? Does every one of them stow away in a semi truck trailer?

3. Why is illegal immigration a problem? Are current Americans afraid of Native American descendants taking back land?

4. Does anybody believe President Obama is doing anything about illegal immigration in the United States?

Will you please take a moment and leave a comment on your thoughts and opinions regarding the “Why” of United States illegal immigration?

Who are the illegals that you refer to? Because I can mention Illegals from Canada, Jamaica, Gayanna, India, Iraq, Vietnam, Spain, France, England, Egypt, Morocco, Polonia, Russia, China, and so on…. the huge difference is that they can look like they were born in America because they “speak english” or they have their physical American ethnicity combination Afro, Asian, Caucascian. There is a huge myth an a lot of talking about Central Americans (Mexicans) and Latin Americans (from Guatemala to down south Argentina) but Jamaican communities for example, they just take a flight from Montego Bay to Florida as VISITORS and guess what??? they never GOBACK…we don’t know if they are Americans because they look just like African Americans and they speak English, with accent but that doesn’t matter, they speak the language. Hopefully we can find the real statistics about the Indian visitors that have huge gas station business and most of them just hired Indian people from India to work at their stores. Not all the media tell us the truth, I guess there is a great myth. Another example is the Welcome Cubans because they are here because they are “against” Fidel regime and they are not considered as illegals just because of ther “refugee” condition.

Most of us decide to immigrate to the US illegally because of the lack of opportunities in our countries. There is no chance for an average person to immigrate to the US legally, unless you are really lucky. In my country, El Salvador (not all of us are from mexico), we are sentenced to live in poverty. I consider myself a well-educated person who tried and tried to make a decent living in my country, but it is just not possible.
You probably have not considered immigrants from countries other than Mexico for your essay, but trust me when I say that when someone from my country decides to immigrate illegally to the US, it is because desperation has reached the highest levels; knowing that a nightmare is about to become real just to get to the point where mexican immigrants start their journey. Like the US, Mexico has immigration laws that are toughly applied. This comes to tell you how bad things can be.
I feel confident when I say that most of us immigrate to the US in order to make our family’s life decent by working hard, but NOT ALL of us, and this is what makes illegal immigration such a hot topic in the US. We, illegal immigrants, are invisible, until some of us lose common sense and break the law in ways that really can hurt others.

    Hi,

I am also writing a paper about illegal immigrants, however, my approach states that the issue is basically racism. It is coming out very interesting… you should look into the census numbers, it opens your eyes to a lot of things. Basically, there are a lot of illegals out there that are not “red flag” because they are white or just able to speak English.

Any way, my feeling are that the biggest problem with immigration in the US are Americans!!! As long as you have one American willing to pay cash, or hire a illegal to take advantaged of lowers cost of labor, avoid taxes or basically scam the society. We will have illegal immigrants around.

    Thanks,

    H

    1. Why do people immigrate to the US illegally? Is it that bad in Mexico?

They come here and stay here due to economic opportunities given to them such as getting day laborers at Home Depot or companies hiring them to undercut American worker’s wages. Both are Felonies by the way — good for five years in the clink if you get caught.

    2. How do they get here illegally? Does every one of them stow away in a semi truck trailer?

45% of illegals overstay their visas. 55% of illegals come across the border illegally.

    3. Why is illegal immigration a problem? Are current Americans afraid of Native American descendants taking back land?

Illegal immigration is a problem because they place demands on our government services. Illegals also cheat American citizens out of jobs.

    4. Does anybody believe President Obama is doing anything about illegal immigration in the United States?

All that President Obama can do is to sign bills into law. The law is already there: Any person who . . . encourages or induces an alien to . . . reside . . . knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such . . . residence is . . . in violation of law, shall be punished as provided . . . for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs . . . fined under title 18 . . . imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both.”

Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A)

The law just needs to be enforced. Law enforcement needs to seek prosecution against people that hire illegals.

Business and Corporations exploit these people because they are not protected by US Labor Laws. This lowers the incomes of citizens below the poverty level. An intentional loophole in the Immigration law allows illegal immigrants to be considered as sub contractors, yet they are required to comply with work standards set by the employer. Employers do not have to withhold, or match, Social Security or Medicare, Illegals do not have Business License, Bonding, or Workman’s Compensation Insurance that legal subcontractors are required to have. They are exempt from Auto Insurance legal requirements (requiring Uninsured Motorist clauses). They do not have to pay either federal or state income taxes. American Citizens are required to comply with Federal, State, and Local Laws. Due to the high cost of detaining, and limited, actions that can be taken, violators of the law go un enforced. More than 50% of US Congressman have committed Felonies (threatening the US Attorney General- thus aiding and abetting) associated with illegal immigration. Abusing their legislative immunity authority and making a corruption in government a commonplace.

Undocumented workers come to the United States from every country in the world. While mainstream TV and news would like us to believe that immigration is strictly a Latino problem, this is simply disinformation fueled by racism and ignorance.

The reasons people come to the U.S. are numerous and differ from person to person. A great deal of these individuals come here because the quality of life is so dismal in their country that leaving their family and friends to go off to a distant, often hostile, country is their only hope.

I don’t think many Americans take the time to look at things from an immigrant’s point of view. Just because we see most other countries as third-world dumps, that doesn’t mean that our assumptions are true. For the great majority of undocumented workers who come to the U.S. the decision to leave their home is one of last resort. Think about it – would YOU want to willingly try to get into a country where you are always under the threat of arrest and where the majority of native citizens look down at you with contempt and hatred?

In addition, the idea that undocumented workers are driving this country into the ground by taking jobs away from Americans is simply not true. The majority of employers (with the exception of mega-corporations who seek out undocumented workers in order to capitalize on their vulnerability) try to hire Americans to fill service and labor jobs.

While many are unwilling to admit it, Americans see those jobs as beneath them and refuse to accept such little pay for the amount of effort one must exert to perform these jobs.

I have worked in the restaurant/hospitality industry for over 15 years as both an hourly worker and executive management. For those who may not know, restaurants run on an exceptionally small profit margin. The amount you pay for a dinner in a restaurant is almost exactly how much the restaurant paid to get the ingredients for your meal.

If a restaurant were to pay their employees what the average American would see as a fair wage for this type of work then your meal would cost you double, even triple. Working as a bus boy, a dish washer, or prep cook is hard, thankless work. Do YOU want to scrap and wash other people’s dirty dishes? Would $8.00/hr be enough to get you to do that job?

99% of restaurants try to extremely hard to employ documented workers. Remember, employers who hire undocumented workers face just as much trouble as the workers themselves. No business is willingly going to put itself in a position like that unless it is a last resort.

I have been in interviews where unemployed white adults refuse to accept the amount of money offered for this type of work. We can’t force people to accept these jobs and if we tried to pay the higher wages the restaurant would run out of money, close down, and then every single person who worked there would be unemployed. Not to mention the financial hit this would be to the companies that rely on restaurant sales to finance their own businesses. Believe me, that type of downward spiral is NOT what the economy needs right now.

The hospitality industry is not the only one having trouble hiring American workers. I know local farms in my area who are desperate for workers! These farms pay as much as they can in wages, but small farms are at a huge disadvantage when it comes to making money. People come to the job interview, find out what type of work the job requires, and then turns the job down without so much as a second to think about it.

Americans do not realize how much of our economy is fueled by cheap labor. We all want to eat out and buy cheap products, but we blame undocumented workers who make this possible.

When it comes down to going to a local farmer’s market or running into the nearest Walmart super store most people go for the mega-corporations. Every dollar you spend in a big box store is a dollar you take away from local farmers and small businesses.

You can’t have low prices and expensive labor. It just doesn’t work that way. Americans need to do their part in resolving this social issue. Either be a smart consumer who is willing to pay what a product/service actually costs when produced by American workers or be happy with the cheap prices for mega-farm food and electronics.

I have worked with many types of immigrants for the past 15 years- asylees, refugees, illegals, and currently with legal immigrants who are attending our schools.

The ignorance and narrow minded views of the American people continues to blow my mind. people from all over the world- ALL areas of the world- come here illegally. Usually there is some unbearable situation at home… economic, religious, or other. They come out of desperation with the hope of living a decent life.

As for the impact on jobs and such, it is my experience that these are jobs a huge portion of the american population does not WANT these jobs. Do they really desire to be CNA’s, Dunkin Donut workers or floor sweepers? And if these American’s do so desire those jobs, then perhaps they are not properly utilizing our terrific educational system.

The prevailing idea that immigrants are all Mexicans invading the borders from lands that once were theirs is uneducated. There are Albanians, Africans, and even Europeans coming here illegally every day. Many of them are highly skilled. I have worked with Doctors, Surgeons, Accountants, and Engineers from other countries that MUST work low paying jobs because they cannot legally practice their profession here. NOT all immigrants are uneducated over breeding people out to take the bread from the mouths of the “working class” American.

Equality for all. Who gives anyone the right to tell someone they cant go somewhere they want to go? If these Illegals were here legally, people would still complain about something! The reason why Illegal immigration exists is because of how hard the process is to get citizenship here. There are many processes, expenses, complicated forms and paperwork to fill out, waiting periods, interviews etc, and this is not a definate yes. You can still be denied entry! Most who try to come here legally have to prove their worth and ties to their countries in order to be given a visa and most people dont because the countries low income and poverty levels. Yes most leave to give better lives to their families and to themselves, but if they just make the process a bit easier and allow passage, maybe then people wouldnt be so afraid of the system and register for legal citizenship. Could you imagine if the government said that you could not cross the border from where you live into a different state because you needed a visa? or permission? Americans wouldnt stand for it and you would have Americans hopping borders into different states. Well the same is going on from other countries. That is all.

I am planning on taking the trip illegally through mexico I have read tons and talked to many as I’ve been getting ready to embark on my dangerous journey. Email me back if interested.

  10. MIke

Are illegals only from south of the border? Answer that first….

  11. Omar

    1. Why do people immigrate to the US illegally? Is it that bad in Mexico?
People migrate here because yes, it is that bad. When the poverty is so bad you wont care as long as you find a way to feed your family. They dont see it as good or bad, they see it as necessary to survive. If that’s what it takes to keep you and your family alive I promise you wont care either,

    2. How do they get here illegally? Does every one of them stow away in a semi truck trailer?
No. The border is huge. You can just swim or walk. Mostly a combination of both.

    3. Why is illegal immigration a problem? Are current Americans afraid of Native American descendants taking back land?
Its a problem because they are not part of the system. But most of it is racism. People complain about stolen jobs. I want to see a white guy work sixteen hour days in an onion field in south Georgia. I personally have. If anyone wants that job they are welcome to have it. We’re in a recession and the fields need an unlimited number of workers. Why? Because many people left or got deported. They also argue that illegals use social services. Use your brain. Go try to get on welfare with no SSN. Same with any social service. The children born of illegals: how do you think you got here? and how do you think you got your citizenship? You did the same thing just further back. Some people are afraid but truth is immigrants just dont care, they just want some food and a soccer ball.

    4. Does anybody believe President Obama is doing anything about illegal immigration in the United States?
Just like any other president, some do some dont. Politics are just a big mess. Its not that simple because the economy needs them, but you cant just make them all legal. Its against the law, but try to kick them all out and see what you have left. I recommend the movie, “A Day Without a Mexican”. Its a crappy, cheap movie. But its pretty much the truth.

Here we are middle of November 2011 and the government has no problem enforcing local laws on occupy LA demonstrators. I think it is a shame when we enforce laws against our own legal citizens and not enforce serious illegal immigration violators, see how screwed up our logic fairness and what is proper and just is like, our leaders need to get the law breaking illegal people the hell out of our country. I am sick of USA special interest groups defending these illegal violators, you people need to get a life.

  13. RC

We have laws on immigration. Follow them
We spend more than 130 Billion a Year burden to Tax payers.
We had legal immigrants who should bring skills talents and be non criminal types.
We have a process to immigrate to this country, follow it
we have people who are adamant about how wrong illegal occupying people have cost them higher taxes. Majority are anti USA.
We have those who are sympathetic to the illegal violators, these people have been with us since the Garden of eden.
I want to write your paper and as we watch the Penn State sex scandal and remember if the illegal aliens are allowed to break the law then let’s not make an issue out of the Penn State scandal.

  14. Laura

1)Its not just mexicans who immigrate to the U.S, its people from everywhere including Asia, South America, Europe, and Central America. So saying its “bad in Mexico” would be wrong. Not all illegals are
Mexicans. And its not necessarily that its bad over there, people are just looking for opportunities to prosper and have a better and more stable financial life.
2)Like i said its not just people crossing the border from Mexico. There are people that swim here, that walk here, that fly here, there are endless ways of getting into the country it just depends on which one is more convinient to the person and their financial situtation.
3)illegal immigration is a problem because first off its “illegal”, second it does take its toll on the economy, but the biggest problem is that people “American Citizens” like to view only the negative side of the situtation, since they dont seem to recall that America is made up of immigrants and that their ancestors were also immigrants they like to rant on how other people shouldnt be allowed to come and stay and enjoy a better life. Illegal immigrants work day in and day out, on hard, low wage jobs, to be able to support their family. They do help our economy, yes there are bad people mixed in with the crowd but because one person is bad are you really going to judge the whole crowd?! That would be like saying since a white guy went and crazy and shot people at his school all white people are crazy and will shoot you. Its not a fair statement, and its not true. So why should immigrants get judged that way?
4)He is doing something, he’s hurting immigrant families. The deportation rates have doubled in his three years of office than those of Bill Clinton and George Bush together. I get that its not entirely his fault, but these people who are thriving to get illegal immigrants out of the country do not realize the harm they are causing to families, and our economy.
I hope you will take my comments into consideration, and be open to see both sides of the issue.

  15. Mark Welsch

I’m told that NAFTA caused a huge increase in immigration from Mexico, and probably other countries. I don’t have time to find the “proof” but you can probably find information about yearly immigration numbers and when NAFTA took effect to see for yourself.

FYI: Christians who follow Jesus would never complain about people coming to this country. His said the greatest commandments are to:
    1. Love God with everything we have in us
    2. Love our neighbors as ourselves.

  16. Lisa

I also wrote a paper on illegal immigration but my ex husband is from El Salvador also. So I have been introduced to many hispanics legal and illegal. I hear their stories of why they have come here and truly it is to make a better life and to flee their countries. There is such poverty and lack of jobs. One place I will say to go and to see some of their stories and what they go through to get here is HULU.com and look up documentaries on their site. One called Return to El Salvador and the other is Which way Home. There are over 100,000 children that travel ALONE to come to the US as young as 8 and 9 without parents. I was crying for days as my children are this age. I asked my now ex husband about it and he said they know the price of freedom and money, they want a better life for their parents also. These are children we are talking about, not adults, so the drive is strong to have a better life and have more, what can we say to that. It makes me feel grateful to be born in the US thats all I have to say.

  17. Brenda

    1) Well many immigrants for south of the border come here seeking a better life. I am from Oaxaca, Mexico. I use to live in a small town and it was so hard to get money. People work from 6am to 12noon to only get 10 dollars! In Mexico it gets hard because of all the killing that is going on by the drug dealers.
2)many of us cross through the border and run when we see the migra. others cross through the desert or also in a trailer or in a car.
    3) to many people it is a problem because we are blamed for taking jobs away and because we are supposedly on welfare. First of all we take jobs that many white americans would not do, farming, cleaning, etc. WE are not on welfare. Statistics show that whites are the ones that use welfare way more. only 1% of immigrants use welfare and they are the ones who are refugees.
    4) i dont think that president obama isnt doing anything. he is one of the presidents that has deported more immigrants then any other president.

Think about the kids who suffer in Mexico. If you go to Tijuana, Mexico you will see a bunch of children selling things to get some money. That is another reason why we come here. THis is said to be a country of opportunities and freedom.

  18. Troubled

I am 50 years old and grew up in Texas. I grew up around whites, blacks, hispanics in just about that order demographically. I see people as people. I do not see people as the government does dividing them up into groups. You have to live here as a citizen to have an accurate view. The problem is deeper than flame throwing comments about issues in the news today.

This country did Amnesty for Illegals in 1986 with President Reagan. Look at the language of that failure and you will notice it is the exact same language used in todays argument. The “guestimates” on how many are here, tough border security, tough naturalization, assimilate and learn English and worse “these new laws will assure the country this will never happen again.” It is identical to the scare tactics and fear mongering today as in 1986 Amnesty for Illegals. The language they want you to hear.

This is the good news we have a history on this of being lied to repeatedly. Amnesty for Illegals 1986 was a total failure as a bill and has cost this country dearly. For once we can use history to our advantage, This is not a guess on what Amnesty does. It creates the condition for more Amnesty. The problem lies in the security and enforcement part of Amnesty. Our trusted leaders never do the enforcement part because it cost money.

The deeper issues are going to the Supreme Court to stop this absurd notion that our 14th amendment provides Instant Citizenship if you are born here. Wow! What a deal, so a couple in China is due for delivery, takes a vacation to The United States, delivers the baby and they are an Instant Citizen of The U.S. This law was put in place to make sure Slaves that this country brought here by force, not by free will always had a stake in this country. Illegal immigrants gain no respect when they start comparing themselves and their plight with American dependents of Slavery. Slavery was a whole different enchilada and they deserved some protections for their families and futures. Stop Anchor Babies, rescind the right to Instant Citizenship by birth.

Illegal Immigration has devastated the black community. At a time in this countries history when blacks were just starting to come into what was called parody by percentage, every job on the books started leaving to guys who will gladly do roofing or concrete or yards or construction for $30 a day. These were jobs us white kids did as well. Those jobs use to pay $10-15 an hour. It worked so well, illegal immigrants primarily from south of the border have brought families here. In fact over the years they have brought aunts, uncles, parents, grandparents everyone they know. In fact there are many examples throughout this country of entire towns and villages in Mexico that left and came here so they still have the same infrastructure with all of the people they know and love. No one really speaks English in those areas because they don’t have to. They do not need to assimilate, they have an entire town from Mexico to live in. It is everywhere, all over the country. This entire country has been given away and sold by your elected leaders

So let’s say we pass Amnesty again in 2012 for 11 million people. That Reform package will cost this country millions to implement. What if after the bill is passed we find out we have been lied to again and the real “guestimate” of illegals is 40 million people. We just passed the take over of The United States of America by Foreign Nation. I do not want people here for two days VOTING.

1.Do away with Anchor Babies immediately. Remove the Instant Citizenship and make it retroactive.
2.Enforce existing laws as they are and let those that break them account for their actions.
It is least the expensive choice we have for American Citizens.

    Specific Answer to your questions.

Anyone who has used the web is familiar with Wikipedia and while not without error, Wikipedia is considered mostly accurate.

    1. Why do people immigrate to the US illegally? For career and economic reasons and refugees,(Career advancement in Science and Technology has been global for over 40 years) . Is it that bad in Mexico? This is a rascist question, are all illegal immigrant from Mexico, or do they come from other countries in the U.K., Asia, Carribean, Central and South American countries also? What percentage of illegal immigrants come by plane? Now I see the next question so this was a very leading question.

    2. How do they get here illegally? Does every one of them stow away in a semi truck trailer?
NO! Most come by plane. The people coming by plane are more educated and they have family and/or friends already in the country. I hope that is the greater reason why they are not the suedo villans.

    3. Why is illegal immigration a problem? It is not. In fact, the rate of mexican border crossings to evade the INS are down substantially as a result of a bad economy in the USA and major improvements in education in Mexico. Central Americans also cross ilegally and education is the same issue.

Are current Americans afraid of Native American descendants taking back land?
    No.

    4. Does anybody believe President Obama is doing anything about illegal immigration in the United States?

I think the problem has already been solved.

There is a longterm solution to deter illegal immigration.
Birthright applies only to those born to legal residents of the country. This is the system in Norway. In exchange for this change in the law there should be a general Amnesty on all current illegal immigrants.

Thank you for allowing me to present my ideas.

1.Why do people immigrate to the US illegally? Is it that bad in Mexico?

No, it is not that bad in Mexico. It is much worse in other Latin American and African countries. But it does not matter how bad it is everywhere else because the USA is much, much better. You can’t hold a person with ambition down. They come because it is much better here: better salaries, easier living, no (relatively speaking) worries about crime either from common criminals or corrupt government officials.
Immigrants come because the USA is the land of opportunity. They know it better than anyone else. So they come because they can. That is what normal people do: climb the high mountain because it is there and the view from above must be awesome.
I have never met an immigrant who came here hoping to become a US citizens. No one wants to become a US citizen at first. Everyone is very proud of his heritage and place of birth. We came for opportunity, for the chance of a lifetime. Just about all of us came to take and milk that opportunity. Then we can go back home. Except that many of us found out soon enough that this country is much better than we imagined. For whatever reasons, we stayed.

    2. How do they get here illegally? Does every one of them stow away in a semi truck trailer?

I came here legally and have always been here illegally. I came on a student’s visa. After graduation, foreign students are (were?) allowed to stay here for 12 months of practical training if they can find someone to hire them. That was not a problem for me. I earned dual engineering degrees in college and my newly learned skill were in high demand. In college I also met my future wife. With a job, I could support her and we married within weeks of starting to work. That qualified me to get a green card. I applied for it and within months I could stay here permanently, which gave me ability to go to graduate school part-time. All the time my American wife and I thought we would be moving back to my country of origin in a couple of years but a civil war over there changed that in a hurry. No way I would take my bride and baby to a war zone. We stayed longer, and longer. More things happened and here we still are, the parents of three US born Americans and grandparents of four more.

I have many friends who have a very different story. Very many came with a valid student or tourist visa, and conveniently immediately proceeded to do what the visa forbids them to do. Many more did stow away in vehicles, but most came across the desert at night. They relate harrowing experiences: the howling of a coyote became much more real, and the whole trek is hustle, hustle, hustle.

My friends have more courage that I do: I would not have come to his country illegally, and would have returned home promptly if I had been requested to return. (I am a US citizen now and I am here for good.) Perhaps my friends and acquaintance had nothing to lose and everything to gain by breaking the laws. My situation was different: I had a good education and many opportunities from the start. Soiling my record in any way would not have been to my advantage in the long run. But I still admire the people who have the courage to leave their home and go to… well, a world of uncertainty, even if the opportunities are great.

    3. Why is illegal immigration a problem? Are current Americans afraid of Native American descendants taking back land?

Too much of anything is never good. Too much of anything is the definition of poison. There are very many more people in the world who want to improve their lot in life than the US can practically absorb.

Illegal immigration is a problem first of all because it is excessive.

Illegal immigration is a problem because it imports poverty, depresses wages in the US, and breaks ups way to many families.

Too many immigrants here are too generous to their relatives back home. When they come here and make fantastic wages (by comparison) they send money back home and enrich their relatives to the point that many over there no longer have to work. There are entire villages and small cities in Latin America where people no longer want to work. They literally live off the cash sent to them from their relatives in the US. Companies come to those villages & cities, build factories and try to hire people… they fail, shut down and move away because no one wants to work. In Mexico several States earn get more cash from money sent by relatives of residents than their gross state product.

But the worse problem is that illegal immigrants learn that breaking the law is the way to get ahead in this country, just like they used to do in Mexico or wherever it is that they came from. The largest tax in their countries, what keeps them down, is government corruption. They came in large part to escape that corruption, and when they come they breathe freedom perhaps for the first time in their lives. They understand quite well that at least relatively speaking this is the country of laws and they appreciate them. At the same time they learn that it can be just as easy to break laws in here and get away with it. Just ask any Mexican living on the fringes: they can be abused by their employers, but that employers is very likely to be another illegal immigrant.
if for no other reason we must stop illegal immigration because it destroys what made this country attractive to begin with.

(And by the way, your suggestion that “current Americans are afraid of Native American descendants taking back land” says a huge amount about your biases. I consider your question bigoted and denigrating to the average American, and in particular to my wife.)

    4. Does anybody believe President Obama is doing anything about illegal immigration in the United States?

    No.

  21. Judith

In fact, yes Mexicans ARE Native americans. Mexicans are descendants of the Mexica, Maya, inca, huichol, zapotec, olmec Etc. It is in their blood. you may say that they are mestizo but they aren’t because that spanish blood was RAPED into them. Mexicans are native Americans , you have just been confused into thinking that they aren’t

  22. Troubled

Flipping a country upside down is all that illegal immigration has done and still does in this country. Comprehensive Amnesty Reform 1986 was passed to take care of all of our future immigration problems. Reading statistics about Amnesty 1986 is prolific on the internet. Better than that you can just take a look around and anyone sane can tell Amnesty 1986 was a dismal failure of legislation. The creeps in Washington just did not tell you they had no intention of enforcing the law. They simply do not provide any money for enforcement and it is business as usual.

    The Solution:
    1. Illegal immigrants that are here could use their time and resources to change the governments of their homeland. I know The U.S. is the biggest, fattest nipple for money but it does make me question your complaints. Your complaints seem to all be directed at The U.S. for something. PleaseMoveOn has been in the background of this argument at local levels for many years and hands in local politics. At every level local, state and federal, The United States of America represents on thing, A huge nipple to be milked.

    2. And to the racist group “La Raza” which means “The Race”, no this is not your ancient land from your ancestors.

3.Latinos, legal or illegal in this country can get of the racist bus with African American Blacks in this country. African American Blacks in this country were brought here by FORCE. Latinos, legal or illegal came here by FREE WILL. Your blind and ignorant of the facts if you choose not to see the difference.

4.Speaking of illegal immigrants doing jobs no one will do. African American Blacks have slimmer pickings than ever before in history for jobs which were their dominant way up in life for decades. Illegal Immigrants with illegal corporations and companies decimated every job in sight with almost nothing wages. Just take a look on the statistics in the African American Black community since wow, Amnesty 1986. Gosh there had to be someone doing those jobs. It’s not like this countries, hotels, restaurants, factories were built and run by illegal immigrant ancestors.

5.Fix it yourself personally, I nor most of the population in this country needed this, asked for this or wanted this. What we wanted by a huge majority was the fair playing field, Amnesty 1986 was supposed to give us. That is by a huge margin what American Citizens want again. A fair playing field where illegal immigrants dominate the conversation. They dominate everything as if Slavery and Abuse in The U.S has caused their illegal immigrant decisions. Why should American Citizens pay for this at any level?

    6. GAME OVER!

Illegal Immigration and amnesty are built on lies and deceit. It is only an agenda guess at the population of illegal immigrants. Supposedly it is 11 million. Actually it is between 11 and 30 million. Our government has no clue of who or why anyone is this country. Having a costly dinner for 11 million goes bad when you find out there are really 30 million showing up.

Did you know that if you are vacationing in this country, happen to be pregnant and deliver while here visiting, your new child is given for free, a U.S. Citizenship. In fact now the little newborn is a Dual Citizen. Mathematically we cannot and will not keep up. Whites, Blacks, Asians, everyone will be the new minority.

SAY NO any form of “Comprehensive Amnesty Reform”. Just follow the law, we will be all right.

REJECT/APPEAL the ignorant idea a vacationer in this country who gives birth gets a free Citizenship.

    Simple questions.
    1. Why do people immigrate to the US illegally? Is it that bad in Mexico?

ANSWER: they want to get free social services. They want a chance to flee the country they are from in order to make a better life. They want to come here in order to have victims that are far richer and far easier to commit crimes against. They want to drop a baby as an anchor baby so they can stay. The BOTTOM line is they have zero respect for this country or its laws. Their first act in this country is a crime.

    2. How do they get here illegally? Does every one of them stow away in a semi truck trailer?
ANSWER: They jump the fence. They swim the river. They enter “legally” and decide to stay. They get smuggled in through Ports of Entry in cars, trucks, and vans. They walk to the line and drop a baby on the US side.

    3. Why is illegal immigration a problem? Are current Americans afraid of Native American descendants taking back land?
ANSWER: Each and every single one of them are criminals. They are not allowed to receive one penny of social services, yet, they get all social services for free. They abuse our Emergency rooms. They abuse our schools. They abuse our country. They commit more and more crimes. Native Americans taking back their lands? LOL! The Mexicans took the land now called Mexico from those who were their first. Native American tribes fought each other. The winners of those battles took the tribe members of the losing tribe as slaves, captives and or slaughtered them. They also took their hunting lands. To the victor goes the spoil. It is pretty stupid to even suggest such a thing. That is almost as stupid as suggesting there was a AZTLAN here in the South west USA. That Chicanos are going to reclaim it.

    4. Does anybody believe President Obama is doing anything about illegal immigration in the United States?

ANSWER: Yes, he is ignoring the US Immigration laws and trying to impose a backdoor amnesty for these criminals. He has ordered the agencies responsible for the enforcement of our Immigration laws to stop doing their job. Thus, he has committed a crime. He should be fired. He has violated the laws and ignores those he can’t get changed. That is why we need a new POTUS. This next election will decide if the USA continues as a great nation or ends up as a third world s hit hole that these criminal illegal aliens are fleeing.
